From scheduling the time, to finding the process or medium that works best, to deciding on what to include, the timeline, the amount of detail and how to best capture it all. So even with the best of intentions, most people don’t ever get started and of those who do very few complete the journey and even less are happy with the end result of documenting their own stories.

What you can expect
Step 1 - Introductory Call
After you have selected your package, we will schedule a call to say “Hello” and get an overview of what you want to capture in your video. This will help us cater our questions specifically to you and make sure we touch on all the special memories and moments you want to include. We’ll also let you know what to start thinking about and preparing for your discovery call. We’ll also ask for you to start gathering supporting photos you may wish to include. We highly recommend doing this whenever possible, as photos really add another level of connection to your video.
Step 2 - Discovery Call
During the discovery call is when things really start to take shape. We’ll go through your specific timeline and questions and make sure you have a clear overview of what you want to cover during your video. Once we create your timeline and establish the main content themes and time periods, we’ll go over specific questions that will help you prepare for your video shoot. We will also email/mail you everything we discuss so you can go over everything make notes and make sure you feel comfortable with everything you want to include on the day. This will also ensure a more efficient process and that nothing’s missed on the day. The person who goes through the discovery call with you will also be on-hand during the shoot to help guide you and support you through the filming process, making sure you get the very most out of your special day.
Step 3 - Shoot Day!
Finally the day you’ve been waiting for! By this point all the preparations have been completed and all we have to do is sit down together and capture your story.
All Done!
After the shoot day we’ll immediately start working on putting together and editing your video. Other than feeling proud of yourself, for completing something incredibly important, all that’ll now be left for you to do, is wait for your video to arrive for you to enjoy and share as you wish :)
